Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Huxbaby labels and hygiene stickers remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
